infant dresses is a pleasure for many new mothers
Most
mothers of daughters will tell you that they take great
pleasure in the infant dresses that they can dress up their
children in. Infants allow a mother the change to select their
clothing and fuss over the selections they make. You may say
that infant dresses are made as much for the mother as the
little girl. It may even be fair to say that some of the
styles, especially with stiff lace trim are really more for
the people viewing the newborn than for the infant. Soon
enough children learn to choice their own choice in clothing
and this pleasure is taken away from mom. Dresses may be the
last thing a little girl ends up wanting to wear!
Many
parents find infant dresses or gowns to be very handy for both
boys and girls. Very young infants are often dressed in a type
of long gown with a draw string bottom that allows easy access
for changing diapers and the can be tied up to keep babies
toes nice and snug. Both baby and mom need infant clothing to
be practical on the most part as both have their hands full
adjusting to the new life. Comfort of the baby is a large
concern for everyone’s peace of mind.
If
an infant could speak they may very well tell you that they
would like all of their infant dresses to be made from a nice
soft flannel. As they grow a bit older and their skin is not
as sensitive they will be less likely to find discomfort from
other stiffer fabrics.
